Event Attendees:
Never Let Go is a club that provides fun and exciting events for monogamous
couples ultimately enhancing their relationship. We require that the two
partners who entered into the Never Let Go agreement attend events as
a couple. Both partners must be over 21 years of age to attend. Members
must bring their Membership ID to each event, which will include their
names and the couple’s photograph. Individuals without their partner,
singles, or children are not allowed to attend events unless otherwise
stated. If for some unfortunate circumstance, a couple separates, neither
partner will be able to attend events with a different partner for a period
of 12 months from the last event attended as either Members or Guests.
Website Use:
In order for Members’ to have access to up-to-date event calendars
and for easy registration for events, Never Let Go provides a Members
only section on their website – www.NeverLetGo.org. Upon registration,
which is also conveniently provided through the website, a login and password
will be selected by the Members. This login and password will be used
by the Members for reviewing calendars, event registration, and account
history.
Event Registration:
Members must register 2 hours in advance of an event or pay a $5 late
registration fee.
Members may register for events through www.NeverLetGo.org.
• Log into website using login and password
• Select Event Calendar from menu
• Select Event you want to attend
• Click the “Register” button.
• Fill out registration page. Use space allocated to register any
guests.
Members may also register by phone. A waiting list will be maintained
for Members for those events that have limited space. Members will be
able to sign up for the waiting list online or via phone and will be contacted
if space becomes available.
Events Payment:
To attend events, the Members’ must be current with their Membership
dues. When registering through the website or phone, there will be an
option to pay using the Primary Credit Card on File, Secondary Credit
Card on File, or a different credit card. Events are not considered to
be registered for, unless payment has been received.
Guest Registration:
Members are allowed to bring monogamous couples as guests to most events
if space is still available. Some events may be restricted to Members
only. Please refer your Guests to www.neverletgo.org, where they can register
for the event. Guests will be charged the event fee. Guests can only attend
two events without being Members.
New Member Referral:
If Members refer a monogamous couple to Never Let Go who then join as Members,
the referring Members will get $50 of event credits, which will be issued
the month following registration by the new Members. This credit will
be applied to the next registered event(s). Please ensure that your guests
put you as the referring Members on their Membership application so you
will get credit.
Event Cancellation by Members:
Some events have specific cancellation policies that will require cancellation
a set number of days before an event in order to receive a refund. The
cancellation date will be noted when the event details are published.
For all other events, a full refund will be issued to the credit card
on file. Please note that some events have limited space or may be cancelled
due to low registration.
Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Never
Let Go:
Never Let Go reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule certain events
due to inclement weather, minimum registration not being met, or an issue
with the event sponsor. In the case of not meeting the minimum registration,
the decision to cancel or reschedule an event will be determined at least
24 hours in advance. All Members who have registered for the event will
be contacted if an event is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
