that the information on this form is correct, we are a monogamous
couple, and both over the age of 21.
We agree that participation in Never Let Go events is voluntary.
We accept full responsibility for participation in an event. We
acknowledge that events sponsored by Never Let Go may involve
risk of loss or damage of personal property and/or physical injury,
including death. We agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
Never Let Go, its directors, officers, volunteers, drivers, sponsors,
and their estate from any and all such damage, injury, or death.
We agree to sign additional waiver or hold harmless agreements
as a precondition to participating in any Never Let Go events
if requested by Never Let Go or a Never Let Go sponsor.
Once registration is submitted, you will receive an email to allow
you to pay for the event through Paypal, a secure payment system.
Registration is not complete until payment is made.
